Important Instructions for NTA JEE Main Session I Result 2024
1. JEE (Main) NTA Score for B.E./ B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning
Evaluation of multiple-choice questions of B.E./ B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning will be carried out using final answer keys and the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the result of JEE (Main) - 2024.
For multi-shift papers, raw (actual) marks obtained by the candidates in different shifts/sessions will be converted to NTA Score.
The detailed procedure for the compilation of the NTA Score is available on NTA Website and also in the Appendix-V of the Information Bulletin.
2. Compilation and display of Result of Paper-1 (B.E./B.Tech.) of JEE (Main) - 2024
Compilation and display of NTA Score for Session 1 of Paper-1 (B.E. /B.Tech.): Since Session 1 of JEE (Main) - 2024 B.E./B.Tech will be conducted in multi-shifts, NTA scores will be calculated corresponding to the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate. The calculated NTA scores for all the shifts will be declared on the NTA website(s). This will comprise the NTA scores for each of the three subjects (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) and the total in B.E./B.Tech of Session 1 of Paper 1 of JEE (Main) – 2024.
Compilation of NTA Score for Session 1 of Paper 1 (B.E. /B.Tech.): Similarly, Session 1 of JEE (Main) - 2024 B.E./B.Tech will be conducted in multi-shifts, NTA scores will be calculated corresponding to the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate. The calculated NTA scores for all the shifts will comprise the two NTA scores for each of the three subjects (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) and the total in B.E./B.Tech of Session 1 of Paper 1 of JEE (Main) – 2024.
Compilation and display of results including overall Merit List/Ranking of Paper 1 (B.E. /B.Tech.): The NTA scores for each of the candidates in Total in B.E./B.Tech for Session 1 as well as for Session 1 of JEE (Main) - 2024 will be merged for compilation of results and preparation of the overall Merit List/Ranking. The best of the two NTA Scores (Total) will be considered for further processing for those candidates who appeared in both sessions.
How To Download JEE Main Result 2024
There are following simple steps for downloading of online result of Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) 2024 as under described:
At first visit NTA JEE Main official website jeemain.nta.ac.in into your computer or phone browser.
Navigate to middle of the web page, under Latest News section click on the given link as JEE(Main) 2024 Session 1 Result.
You will be redirected to the result download page of JEE Main 2024.
In the result download page enter your Application No. and Date of Birth correctly in the specified field.
Next, fill Security Pin as shown below.
Finally click on Submit button to download your result. You can take print out of it for future references.
