विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय है कि ऑनलाईन भरे गये पंजीयन आवेदन के आधार पर छात्र / छात्राओं के रजिस्टर्ड मोबाईल पर भी इस आशय की सूचना SMS (Message) के माध्यम से भेजी जा रही है, ताकि छात्र / छात्रा स्वयं भी समिति की उक्त वेबसाईट से अपना डमी पंजीयन कार्ड निम्नवत् प्रक्रिया के तहत डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं वेब ब्राउजर के Address Bar में http://secondary.biharboardonline.com टाईप कर Enter करेंगे वेब पेज पर मौजूद Download Dummy Registration Card लिंक पर Click करेंगे। तत्पश्चात् वेबसाईट का पेज खुलेगा, जहाँ पर छात्र / छात्रा अपना विद्यालय कोड, नाम, पिता का नाम एवं जन्म तिथि प्रविष्ट कर Submit Button पर Click करेंगे। इसके बाद छात्र / छात्रा का Dummy Registration Card दिखेगा, जिसे कम्प्यूटर / मोबाईल में Download किया जा सकता है।

तत्पश्चात् वेबसाईट का पेज खुलेगा, जहाँ पर छात्र / छात्रा अपना विद्यालय कोड, नाम, पिता का नाम एवं जन्म तिथि प्रविष्ट कर Submit Button पर Click करेंगे।
इसके बाद छात्र / छात्रा का Dummy Registration Card दिखेगा, जिसे कम्प्यूटर / मोबाईल में Download किया जा सकता है।
