आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि तक मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से भारतीय उपचर्या परिषद्, नई दिल्ली द्वारा समय-समय पर अवधारित अवधि की M.Sc Nursing या B.Sc Nursing (Basic / Post Basic) Course अथवा Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration (D.N.E.A) Course में उत्तीर्णता के साथ दो वर्षों का व्यवसायिक कार्यानुभव तथा तत्संबंधी प्रमाण-पत्र रहना आवश्यक होगा। अभ्यर्थी को बिहार परिचारिका निबंधन परिषद्, पटना से निबंधित रहना भी अनिवार्य होगा।
- Touring Veterinary Medical Officer & Equivalent (Bhramansheel Pashu Chikitsa Pdadhikari evam Samkaksha) :
- न्यूनत्तम शैक्षिणिक अर्हत्ता भारतीय पशु चिकित्सा परिषद् द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से बी०वी०एस०सी० (B.V.Sc.) अथवा बी०वी०एस०सी० एण्ड ए०एच० (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) की डिग्री अनिवार्य होगी।
- अभ्यर्थी को बिहार पशु चिकित्सा परिषद से स्थायी रूप से निबंधित होना चाहिए।

About Bihar Technical Service Commission (B.T.S.C)

- Bihar Technical Service Commission has been constituted by the State Government vide Bihar Act-13, 2014 dated 21.08.2014 to send recommendations for appointment to technical posts in various departments/regional offices of the state of Bihar.
- By the said Act, a total of 109 technical posts (Group 'B' and 'C' in various regional offices of the State Government having grade pay less than 4800 / grade pay as included in the schedule of the Act of the Commission or as revised from time to time. ') has been identified for appointment to technical services / cadres / posts. is to be done. Under the Act, a provision has been made for the chairman and 5 (five) members in the commission.
